As a heads up the building doesn’t open its lobby doors until 7:45 am so if you get here early either stay in ur car or come bundled up in this cold weather. Had the first floor reception ladies and nurses just stare at me freeze outside for a good ten minutes. Overall building is nice but morning appointments are a slow start so expect things that should’ve been already set up to be set up while you are in the room.

Today I went to Kaiser, and I am not satisfied with the service provided by Betelham in the check-in department. The experience was not good, and I think the service needs improvement

Very nice building, everything is clean and well-maintained. However, the pharmacy needs improvement. The wait times are always too long, even though there are many people working there. A simple transfer took more than two hours, which feels unnecessary. I understand they are busy and working hard, but patients also value their time. The service could definitely be more efficient.

One of their pharmacists (Sally) kindly called for me to pick up to retrieve a medication that was misdelivered to their pharmacy, instead of my residence. The next day, I came to the pharmacy counter and was astounded by the lack of professionalism of the older, male pharmacist with an accent. His name may be Dennis. Absolutely terrible. Took me 10 minutes to get through to the pharmacy, they had me on hold for another 10 minutes. Pharmacist was rude.
