The guy who checked me in today was very rude and unprofessional. This was my first time coming to this location for a dr appointment. I will not be returning because of the checking in guy. Also all the other locations the person checking you in gets your card and ID this guy did not do that. He asked for your member number. I also thought that was off as well.
I stopped by to pickup some forms left.for.my wife. The young man at the desk was not friendly or personable. I got the impression I was disturbing him doing nothing.
Why would your pharmacy be closed on saturdays? Not very convienent when your doc calls in a script for something potentialy fatal and you cant even pick it up until monday.
Have an MRI on Sunday but my meds were not included Friday. Closed today. I hate everything about Kaiser
