I thought Kaiser might be different, but my experience has been horrible. They never have my prescription in stock, so I am always right on the edge of running out. The last two times I put an order in they didn't alert me it was ready, then sent texts saying I needed to pick them up before they put them away. Then I would get there and they still wouldn’t be ready so they tell me I have to wait or come back. The employees never apologize for the miscommunication or wasting my time. Went to pick up a prescription that had been ordered in the morning. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes, but it ended up closer to 45 minutes. I’ve never waited this long. People just kept coming and there wasn’t enough staff to meet the demand. Staff were friendly and doing their best. Time to add a third or fourth person on the weekends.
Absolutely terrible experience. Not only did Kaiser overall mess up my prescription, but the pharmacists completely lacked sympathy and had a huge attitude. I saw two primary care doctors who BOTH wrote the wrong prescription for me; therefore I could not pick it up. Having to schedule yet another appointment to hopefully fix it but I am leaving town and needed to pick this up ASAP.
