I would give a 0 if could. The phone asks many questions and then hangs up on you saying system problem. The worst service ever.
That's two out of two times that I've gone to pick up prescriptions for my son and was only given one of several medications prescribed to him. If you are picking up from this location, make sure you know EXACTLY what you need and what you're supposed to pick up, the people behind the counter seem to be unable to determine how many medications are prescribed to patients and will simply give you the first thing they see.
Fast and professional
I called to ask questions about the cost of my mother’s prescription (medicare part d), Felix was not willing to help me and transferred me to the wrong department. Luckily the person that I ended up speaking with, several transfers later, was very nice and helpful.
