Kaiser cannot manage a labor relation and we have another strike make us patients suffer even we continue to pay our premiums. This location is closed again because of the strike. Even though I submitted my refills prior to the strike, Kaiser did not fill them in their infinite wisdom so they’re sitting in the queue at this pharmacy. When I called customer service I was told that I would need to drive an hour to Moreno Valley pharmacy to request an emergency transfer of my prescriptions to the CVS in Cathedral city.
