I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with several rude staff members here today including the Supervisor, Amanda, who failed to properly explain the difference between generic and name brand prescriptions after mine was out of stock. She could not tell me what the difference would be for me as a customer and abruptly ended the call and transferred me to someone who said they were not allowed to answer that question because they were a clerk.
