Today, the pharmacist tried to avoid substituting a large tablet antibiotic for the same antibiotic that is available as suspension. My wife went to her Dr's appointment today. I was present. Her Dr prescribed her a new glucometer and a new dosage of medicine. After checking in and being told to wait for 20 minutes, we waited for over 45 minutes. My wife got in line, which took another 10 minutes. Laura, the pharmacy tech, was rude and accused my wife of not checking in. Telling her she needed to wait for another 20 minutes. My son has waited over 8 weeks for “approved” speech therapy. Kaiser shows zero urgency to children’s needs. They are not properly staffed and have horrible customer service. I’ve filed so many grievances and still nothing gets done. If possible choose a different hmo or ppo plan.
