How the heck is a pharmacy going to be closed on the weekends? I have an infection that needs antibiotics but this stupid insurance isn't covered at any place around here other than here, so now I have to wait until Monday to start taking the biotics my doctor wanted me to start immediately. If you are reading this, do NOT take Kaiser as your insurance. Absolutely awful coverage or options.
Staff was super helpful, with great attitudes.
The staff is hard working, competent and kind. There are challenges, sometimes, with proper communication or efficiency. The problematic issues are not the fault of the pharmacists but more an overall symptom of the bureaucracy, Kaiser, and the people who are at the top. NOT the hard-working, dedicated people that have consistently done their best to meet many, many patient’s demands. 5 stars for them. Thank you.
