I’ve never had any issues with the staff or anything here. They’re always great. It’s the process and policies. It seems like they’re set up to be as confusing and convoluted and ridiculous as possible. I just want my prescriptions!
They are working fast at the registers. But this location isn’t big enough for the constant traffic. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is. This pharmacy stays packed. I felt like I was waiting in line at Disneyland. Maybe consider more room or another pharmacy at this same location just a different part of the building. Other than that. Service is nice and they do have all the lines open. I suggest still wearing a mask.
