They never call me when my prescription has been filled, I have to call and ask. It is extremely annoying to have to call and deal with the robot until I can speak to a real person, and then come to find out they have closed early. I wish I wasn’t forced by my insurance to use this awful pharmacy.
It's Kaiser, so I don't expect a lot. It's a big city Kaiser, so I expect even less. This is better than the Lafayette location, but not as good as Johnstown. Pharmacy service was slow, they blamed the doctor, the doctor says there's nothing they can do. Typical. Also, it's a real hassle to get to. What a terribly designed parking lot. Even worse when you have a patient waiting on a prescription in your vehicle.
Kaiser is a scam. Insurance will not cover any of the cost of my $415 medication after spending months trialing horrible generic medications that made me sick. Kaiser approved the prior-authorization, yet what good does that do when my medication cost remains the same as the out of pocket price? This pharmacy does not accept Rx coupons or any discount codes since they are 'not for profit'. What a lie!
