Kaiser is a scam. Insurance will not cover any of the cost of my $415 medication after spending months trialing horrible generic medications that made me sick. Kaiser approved the prior-authorization, yet what good does that do when my medication cost remains the same as the out of pocket price? This pharmacy does not accept Rx coupons or any discount codes since they are 'not for profit'. What a lie! This is a HORRIBLE pharmacy. Staff does not know customer service. Impossible to get anything done on time or have them explain the inane system. One of them even hung up on me. Fire them all.

I go here occasionally to pick up prescriptions when Loveland is out of stock on my medication. Well today (10/01/2025 at 4pm) I had a not so pleasant interaction with the pharmacy tech and I think I’m gonna plan my medications ahead to go anywhere else but there for a while. I had a prescription ready at Loveland because I live in Loveland but I had a doctors appointment last minute scheduled at the Fort Collins location.
