Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this Kaiser office. They canceled my appointment without notifying me. I had specifically requested the day off from work so I could attend my eye exam, only to find out that the appointment had been canceled without any communication. Now, instead of having everything handled in one place, I have to visit two different locations just to complete my eye exam. This was a major inconvenience and a complete waste of my time. I really hope my insurance offers other options ... read more
Ofelia from pharmacy lacks simple customer service and friendliness. Today, she made a hand gesture to approach the counter so I could be helped. No greeting, no eye contact… continued her irrelevant conversation with the worker next to her for about 5 minutes and then asked for my Kaiser card. Train your employees please!!
