So I ordered my medication as usual from KP Burien Pharmacy. I look on the app and it reads "FILL IN PROGRESS"so I take it for granted that they're filling my medication.... HUGE MISTAKE TO THINK THAT!!. When I don't see THEY'LL IN PROGRESS change to"MEDICATION READY FOR PICKUP" I call them and they're answer was "THAT MEDICINE IS OUT OF STOCK" How the hell is that even possible? We're not dealing with Safeway or FredMeyer. We're dealing with a medical facility. So when you see a medication getting low you just what? Ignore ... read more
Medications filled in reasonable time; and kind, friendly, and hard working staff. I appreciate your time and help for me and the community.
They are great at the pharmacy. Always friendly.
Can’t get ahold of them by phone, you’ll sit on hold for a bit then it’ll give a busy signal and hang up on you. Happened three times at various times over the last couple days. Kaiser makes you use their pharmacy for meds to be covered then makes it so difficult to get ahold of anyone for help…
Terrible service. My dentist called in a prescription for me 3 days before my procedure, but in 3 days, my prescription STILL hadn't been filled. I had to pay a 40 dollar fee to reschedule my appointment because of this! This time, my prescription was faxed in on the 3rd, so I called yesterday, the 8th, 5 days later at 12:30. I was told that it would be ready within 30 minutes. I got there at 4:50pm, and it STILL wasn't ready! SERIOUSLY?!? I waited until 5:30pm before FINALLY getting my prescription! Totally unacceptable.
