Two days in a row I was texted to pick up prescription. The first time the tech said it won't be filled till tomorrow. Tomorrow rolls around, I get the second text 'your prescription is being processed today' so I make the 15 mile trip to pick it up the tech says 'not available until tomorrow '. I explained the texting issue she says 'kaiser had this and that'.
Everyone who works here is very very friendly and professional. Rose at the front desk is always great. The doctors are very helpful and always take care of our concerns. The pharmacy and lab are both good too. Only downside is it sometimes takes upward of a month to get an appointment.
