gotta love all these businesses that set up phone trees that make it impossible to talk to a human or establish service. god help your idiocy & lousy tech vendors who can't imagine non standard use cases
Wonderful staff and pleasant. Probably the hardest working staff with high pressure working environment.
My experience at this location has always been excellent. The line moves fast if there is one. The staff are friendly and great, and the pharmacist is kind, attentive, and always happy to explain medications.
Smaller than most kaiser buildings, usually the line isn't that long and the pharmacy workers are always nice.
If you get all your medicines replaced, be prepared to wait hours and hours to get them all filled.
