These people are EVIL. I cannot even count the number of miserable experiences I have had at this location living in Boulder my entire life. Staff does not want to work and has a horrible attitude. You could not pay me to come back here.
Doctor’s visit was great, and was prescribed a year of a medication. I get to the pharmacy and they say they don’t have enough stock for a year supply. I just ask them to give me as much as they can and they say it doesn’t matter anyway cause it all expires in January, so they end up only giving me half of what I was prescribed. Frustrating considering I was just prescribed a year of a medication I rely on but whatever. Get home and look and the medication expires January of 2027. I called this pharmacy at 12:19 on December 13, 2023. After waiting on hold for about 5 minutes, I appeared to be transferred to an actual person, and then I experienced the call immediately disconnecting. Rather than call again I decided to write this review. I don't understand why the operators would just hang up on a person trying to call; maybe they were overwhelmed and just wanted the call to go away, but in any case I'd recommend doing something that's not that in the future: either have the automated system say someth... read more
