Best Buy Drugs delivered my mom's heart medication to the wrong address/facility. When I called them to report that my mom did not receive her medication, their response was basically too bad, they have a signature indicating receipt of delivery. I told them that the person who signed does not work at my mom's residential facility and they were indifferent, and said that the prescription was filled and delivered, and offered no solution.
