IS THIS U OF M STANDARD? By far, worst experience to date. My PCP sent in a very important and time sensitive prescription to U of M’s East Ann Arbor Pharmacy. The prescription request was around 10am. At around 5pm, my daughter stopped in at the East Ann Arbor Pharmacy to pick it up. They told her the script was cancelled because they do not dispense that medication. SO, in 7 hours time, they could not contact my PCP or me to let me know they could not fulfill the request.
