I had my first surgery here today at 35 years old-rushed to the ER today for an emergency laparoscopic appendectomy. The whole team was very kind to me, but special shout out to Nurse Judy who held my hand and prayed with me as I went under anesthesia. You have no idea how much that helped to answer my fears at that time. Thank you.
Because all this place did for my father was keep him sedated, and have him restrained in a bed 24 hours a day. He went in knowing his family, was a little confused, had a seizure, and after being in there for almost 2 1/2 weeks he got out a shell of the person he was. Why do you have contracts with skilled nursing facilities like Orchard Post Acute care. Their reviews are horrible. It was noted on one site 2 out of 5 stars. I also received several references that state it is garbage. You should be more considerate to your members than to send them to this hell hole.
they are horrible. cant do iv right and the staff get mad cause i request a fluent English speaking person and thats not black. go to Sutter health or ur best ucdavis they are thee best!!!
