very professional , on time with appointments and great pharmacy
Good they were fast in the emergency room and when going to there appointment there good
Nice and not crowded hospital everything is new
Better care/supervision of patients in the emergency room. My 87-year-old mother-in-law was brought in by ambulance (covered with blood) after a fall. She had a head injury, a sprained wrist and bruised ribs. She was put in a room with no ice pack, no call button, no blood pressure check, no one checked her pupils or her pulse...not even a damp cloth to clean the dried blood from her face and hands. I have had Kaiser since 1964 or before, and a mother of 7 now grown children have never had a problem with this hospital, For me it the best ,
My sister Jade Kintz was transferred from Sutter Roseville Trauma center to Kaiser Permanente Vacaville. My family has had an awful experience with them. The nurses are very cold, and lack the training needed to properly take care of trauma ICU patients. One nurse, asked my mom to help lift Jade. This is disturbing and we plan on dropping Kaiser.

Everyone is Friendly, patient and wants to help! It’s not crazy like in Vallejo, much more slow paced!
