This representatives at this lab are very unaware of what they are doing. They are harassing me for a payment that was paid to the provider that sent them the order. That has nothing to do with me. I will pay what I owe but not an outstanding balance. They are threating me with attorneys and court and that is unacceptable. They need to contact my doctor at the time which my insurance paid and not harass me for the money. Please do not get labs done here. Check with your insurance first before anything.

My doctor sent my labs here and they charged over $1000 for testing, they are not in network. Between my insurance, my doctor and this lab I have to get this worked out but they run me in circles trying to get on a payment plan calling the lab is impossible. 6 months in and it’s still not resolved. DO NOT LET YOUR DOCTOR SEND YOUR LABS HERE!!!

Literally being harassed for a bill from 2020 (I started receiving letters/calls in June of 2025). This was for a covid antibody blood test done by our county health department to see if individuals had antibodies and could donate plasma. They say my insurance company sent me a reimbursement check, sounded ridiculous, but I checked with my insurance company and they did not. I had the misfortune of dealing with these scammers. It was terrible. Their billing department is somewhere between totally incompetent and outright dishonest. Avoid this outfit. It’s not worth the hassle and aggravation. Check them out with the BBB, you can read more negative comments.
