Literally being harassed for a bill from 2020 (I started receiving letters/calls in June of 2025). This was for a covid antibody blood test done by our county health department to see if individuals had antibodies and could donate plasma. They say my insurance company sent me a reimbursement check, sounded ridiculous, but I checked with my insurance company and they did not. I had the misfortune of dealing with these scammers. It was terrible. Their billing department is somewhere between totally incompetent and outright dishonest. Avoid this outfit. It’s not worth the hassle and aggravation. Check them out with the BBB, you can read more negative comments.
Used them in 2021-2023 had no insurance and paid thousands out of pocket. Now I have insurance and they have filed with my insurance and resending me bills for what my insurance didn't pay saying I need confirmation numbers to prove I paid even though i have transaction receipts! SCAMMERS
I hope the state insurance board looks into these people. Calling me for a 5 year old covid test that I paid $150 for at the time telling me that my insurance sent me a check. When they also billed my insurance. The worst
Update: I paid my bill in full to be rid of this place yet they still charged me $25 from the prior payment plan. When I called they said they didn’t do this and to email their billing dept with proof..I did and have never heard back. Now I need to tell my bank these are unauthorized charges.
