The Pharmaco Australia team is very helpful and friendly.
Not a professional company at all.
I have received a new package of CareSense N and there are no batteries in the package. The Owners manual says the package comes with 2 batteries. I contacted the company and they say buy batteries separately. This is an obvious way of misleading patients, when the brochure package says batteries are included.
