This pharmacy has a great atmosphere. The staff at the front desk are always smiling and patient，and even the pharmacist has regularly checked on how I’m doing and offered their help. I am very grateful to them!
This pharmacy entered my daughter’s date of birth wrong, which caused her reimbursement to fail and potentially affected her pharmacy records. What’s most frustrating is that no one took responsibility. I had already come to the pharmacy once before, but no one brought up the error. When I finally found out the error today, the person who found it in their system acted like there was nothing she could do and didn’t seem to care. It’s not about the money - it’s about accountability and attitude. Very disappointing.
