C’est désolant, même avec des courriels nous informant que notre commande est prête, la commande n’est jamais correcte……le temps d’attente est interminable! Je vais changer de pharmacie c’est certain .
Je suis cliente de cette pharmacie depuis son ouverture. Depuis 2 ans je trouve que l'inventaire a vraiment diminué énormément. On a l'impression qu'ielle est sur le point de fermer . Aujourd'hui je me déplace pour 4 articles annoncé dans la circulaire. Il y en avait aucun sur les tablettes. C'est fréquent le manque de produit. Tres décevant. excellent service will definitely come back, employees are nice
Unfortunately I have only been client there for 4 months and already changed pharmacy. The employees are very nice but lack major communication. The last straw for me was recently, I been told 5 times to come back the next day before receiving my medications, 1st time I called they told me my order will be ready the next day, so I show up, ask for it, the employee checked everywhere and told me they didn't have it but they will have it the next day, I come the next day, same thing another employee confused, tells me to come ... read more
