This is my favorite pharmacy that I've ever been to across 30+ years. I've lived in Gatineau for almost ten years and have been a customer of Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix, Familiprix, Jean Coutu, and other independent owners. Those others just fill the order and accept payment. The interaction has so much more depth at this Pharmacy; while also remaining efficient. Quelle pharmacie extraordinaire. Service rapide, Mme Jammal a su aider ma fille de 2 ans efficacement et avec patience et empathie. Elle a même appelé quelques jours plus tard afin de savoir comment allait le traitement. C'est tellement apprécié et touchant de savoir qu'une pharmacienne s'assure du bon traitement du patient. Merci infiniment! C'est certain que nous procéderons à un changement de pharmacie.
