This morning, I was served by a lovely young lady in the pharmacy department. Her name was Jessica. My company has recently switched over to a new insurance company. I had no idea how to do this. She took her time and we went through step-by-step and she helped me go through the whole thing and got me onto the new insurance. Such a kind young lady. I wanna thank her for all our help. We need more employees like this way to go, Jessica.
