I was told to wait 15 minute, to get my prescribed antibiotic ointment (commercially available), after 45 minutes when I approached that I am waiting here for 45 minute, they just grabbed one and give it to me, they could have done this in 5 minutes, I don't know how much longer I would have stayed if didn't ask them.
