The customer care that I've experienced has been like stepping back in time. When I come through the door, they know who I am, I never wait more than 5 minutes and they go over and above to discuss medications, side effects, and alternative therapies. They are extremely knowledgeable and current with information and I trust them with my families health. Thank you everyone for such attentive and thorough care.
The doctors at this office are amazing and so is the receptionist, always able to get me in even when my doctor is on holidays. The pharmacy on the other hand, the WORST customer service, don't answer questions about medications and are so incredibly rude.
