Zero stars are more appropriate. I've been in the elder care business for over 20 years and PharmCare is by far, the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of partnering with. Very poor communication with both the facility and the resident's doctors. Not sending medications and giving excuses: "We need a new order", the POR had 11 refills.
