Used to be a regular customer here, especially for their baby products. Sad to see that the location is now closed!
The staff at Pharmaca and the pharmacy are incredible. The best service, consistently helpful and knowledgeable. One of my favorite s places to shop for health and beauty products. It’s incredibly sad that Pharmaca is closing The staff will be missed
I was looking for some products, but couldn’t find them on shelves. So I asked for help, but unfortunately nobody even tried to help me. So disappointed
I used this pharmacy when it was Pharmaca and now Medley. Both are terrible. Despite having the same medications filled there multiple months in a row, they consistently failed to have the meds on order & in stock. Additionally they take days to contact my doctor for script refills after a refill request is sent. The staff is often rude and unhelpful. Go somewhere else or do mail order. No redeeming qualities to using this pharmacy.
Went in, they were "working on" my prescription - told me to come back in 10 minutes. I did, and they then told me "we don't have any of that, you'll have to ask around other pharmacies". Like I'm shopping for new curtains or something. No attempt to find another pharmacy and transfer my prescription over to them, no attempt to contact my doctor's office to let them know "this needs to be filled by someone else", just a "sorry, can't help, you need to ask around.".
