As a supplier (WINZER Corporation), our experience was very disappointing. We fulfilled orders based on an approved purchase order and delivered in good faith under the agreed terms. Despite repeated follow-ups over six months with the purchasing department and company leadership, payment was never honored. As a result, we were forced to cover more than $5,000 with our own provider. Zenotex - BLOOD, instead of the pills for curing Tinnitus, and they charged $319.65, when the Tinnitus deal was advertised @ $23.00 - video where I spent 18 minutes listening and then they rip me off. I am going to report them to the BBB, Police, and whoever else I want.

I submitted orders based on an approved purchase order, trusting the company’s stated process. Unfortunately, they later refused to honour the payment, going back on their own PO terms. This has put me, as a supplier, in a very difficult position. I value clear and fair business practices, and this experience was disappointing. I hope they reconsider how they handle vendor relationships going forward.
