I tried calling the pharmacy to get a refill for a prescription she kept me hold for over 30 min and when I called her back she put me back on hold. When the pharmacist finally came back, I was immediately put on hold again without any explanation or apology. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as medications. A pharmacy should prioritize clear communication and respect for the patient's time. The Indian women Reception is doing her job so UNWELL anytime I go there I wait hours to get in to see the doctor and she always send somebody else before me while they came after me, and when I ask why she always gives me stupid reasons and she is being so mean. This morning I called her to fax a paper for my ultrasound clinic she put me on hold for 20 minutes after I called back 10 times she didn’t answered for my call because she knew it was me.
