Awesome gym with amazing trainers and great fellow students. New to Muay Thai and instantly fell in love with it my very first session. Cant imagine anywhere better.
If you’re looking for a more traditional approach to Muay Thai this Gym is by far the best one in Sussex County . As someone that has tried many gyms locally and outside of Sussex county I found them to be quite underwhelming or just not too inclusive if I’m being transparent .
