Sam and team are great! I got recommended by another mechanic to Pharaoh, they had my brakes fixed within a day and charged me 30% less than any other quote I got in the area. Pharaoh will do right by you!!
There are few automotive shops that have impressed me over the years, but this is definitely one of them. While having my Jaguar's oil changed and given a thorough check up, I had the opportunity to watch Sam and his staff work and interact with customers. I was impressed with the work ethic, knowledge of various platforms and interaction with customers. Sam quickly diagnosed a problem that other shops had failed to diagnose.
