I fell down a set of stairs and fractured my left ankle.I called a lawyer with a tv ad.He requested $1000 so he could hire an engineer to check the steps.I did not have that kind of money.I called Richard who picked me up at home and we went to the site where I had been injured.Richard measured and photographed the steps while I watched and described how I had been injured.One year later my case was settled.
