My wife was in a home for about a year. I told the home we have GM UAW insurance Express scripts when she went in there they said no problem you have nothing to worry about 2 months later I got a bill from phar merica for the medicine and they charged me cash for insulin and antibiotics 180 each when Express scripts would have charged 5$ for the antibiotics and 45$ for the insulin.
