There is NO WAY these people aren’t on something. Every time I call to manage my dad’s prescriptions or inquire about why they haven’t been delivered they start speaking on something totally irrelevant and then apologize and ask “whatchu say again?” Or You get “I dunno what happened”, then they promise delivery which never happens, then eventually he will have to go around there and pick them up.
