I have never had such difficult time following up with medications. Longest time on hold 3hours highly recommend ANY OTHER Pharmacy besides this place. Imagine running low on important medications and you can't even get a hold of your Pharmacy

My Grandmother was getting her medication from PharMerica and their billing is a nightmare. I accidentally paid an invoice twice, because they sent the same invoice twice without applying the first payment that was made to them by check. So I made another payment directly on the portal CC, before realizing I had already paid the invoice. I figured it would work itself out, but they never applied the CC payment. I can recall I had gone to a Job Fair a few years back before Covid to work there as a Pharmacy Tech....but the lady that was giving me info on the Company and Job title seemed way off. I kind of wanted to work here while studying to be a PharM tech, but the Job Fair Recruiter seemed to be on a Sick One.
