We have had other AC techs come out to investigate the same issue in previous years for the same reason: in house unit iced over. From the day I made the call to Phanton, they kept me informed of the progress, the arrival, the issue, and cost repairs. Our only delay was pending the warranty claims approval. Oscar and Raul most helpful in describing the cause which was the outside unit, and fixed it. They are very professional and did a thorough job.
