We had to call out Phantom Screens to fix a problem with our screen that was installed a few years ago. Prompt response and visit to fix the issue. Excellent after sales customer service. Would highly recommend.

The best retractable screens we have had. Have tried two other brands in the past and these are by far the best. Easy to open and close. Look great. Customer service was fantastic. From the quoting to the install appointments they were reliable and efficient. Would definitely recommend them .
Couldn't get past the quote process, so i can't comment about the final product. Terrible customer service (sales). The guy that came to do measurements for the quote, disappeared. i couldn't get hold of him, as he made some comments which wasn't reflected in the quote.
