My whole experience from the start has been really bad from a lack of response in sales during the process buying the car. The day I took possession of the car, the internal team had serviced it but over filled with oil causing a warning light to come on and an emergency trip to my local garage to drain to empty and refill the car correctly. Had a great experience here with Alistair and Matt who helped me purchase my next car. The whole process with easy and I was looked after, and even made it a bit challenging for them with some of my requests. One nice touch was the trust Matt gave me to test drive the car myself while I waited. Usually it’s a painful process getting a test drive because of paperwork and potential lack of trust, but Matt let me crack on without question.
Kamren provided fantastic service. Friendly, honest, and efficient. Felt comfortable throughout the purchase. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Phantom again. Five-star experience all round!
It has been a very straightforward experience buying a car from Phantom Motor Company. I bought a reasonably modest motor, not a supercar, but Chelsea made me feel equally as important. The car was prepared well, and although there was a minor issue with a door seal, I believe that this has been addressed. I would certainly buy from Chelsea and the Phantom Motor Company again.
