Great place to loose wait getting fit and learning things like self discipline self defense and technique after enough experience you are always open to see what it’s like to fight. I’m a beginner here and it’s been great. Coach Nick and others are very knowledgeable and willing to take time with you no matter your skill level.
This place is awesome amazing been here for a year consistently, went from 215 to 180 pounds off just training no diet change, if you wanna improve your striking or learn kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing great place coach nick will help you get the basics then develop your own style in the art great place great people and good atmosphere. after 9 months of training had my first fight did amazing my opponents were surprised it was my first fight and I had only 9 months of training.
What a wonderful gym! Sensei Nick, Sensei Nick and Sensei Ken are my favorite! Fun for the whole family!
Best training and great music highly recommend beginner friendly I would highly suggest for anyone
