very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. We cancelled our membership in May, and it is now August 25, yet we are still being charged month after month. We have called and texted multiple times trying to get an update about our refund, but we have received no response. Overall, the experience is very positive when the classes are offered. However, Empyre Fitness cancels many classes at the last minute and does not offer customer refunds. Therefore, they are constantly charging for a service that they don't provide. For example, the last three boxing sessions were cancelled (the weeks of 8/10/26 and 8/17/26) with no refund given; just a last minute text saying classes are cancelled.
Nick is a great coach.over the last decade I have seen him get people from out of shape to competition shape more times than i can count. I have also seen him take beginners all the way to local championship contenders. He is definitely a hidden gem as a coach and an even better person I wish him and his team success oss

I love the environment in the gym and everyones so helpful! I was struggling w my round kicks and carlo gave me some pointers on how to make my kicks more smooth. Awesome gym
