Great class, friendly compassionate staff and members, plus you can't beat the prices for what is offered with no doubt. Some of the best work outs I have experienced. Phenomenal experience you undoubtedly will enjoy, don't miss out and come join the fun. Many classes available not just kick fit!

Finished my first class with my trial session focusing on Muay Thai. I had a blast and kept thinking to myself how I wish I had signed up sooner! Coach Axel was very welcoming and did an impressive job of making his rotations with the other clients including myself; did not feel neglected at all and his constructive feedback was very helpful. Can’t wait to see how I develop in the future with the aid of Coach Axel; I found my outlet.
