I had gone through a lot of trouble trying to book with Phantom. I called at least three times and sent an email to no avail. I needed to change and then book my quote. On my last call the owner answered who immediately told me they did not have anyone to host my event. After I tried to talk this through I was interrupted continually while talking. My son got hurt because they used a ladder and forgot to move it. My other son was given an incorrectly sized harness and almost got on the mobile zipline before the supervisor noticed. I made an incident report and it took the owner over a week to contact me. He had incorrect information and then told me not to call anymore because I 'got my way.'
