A great business to deal with. Michelle, the owner, was awesome in communicating with us what was needed on our end. She was patient with explaining what we needed And her experience suggested some changes that we made. I recommend this for anyone looking for a Catering event
We ordered an Easter dinner from Chef Michelle that was out of this world! We enjoyed a beef tenderloin with garlic mashed potatoes, zucchini, asparagus, and salad with walnuts and dried cranberries. There are not enough words to explain how fantastic the meal was! The beef melted in your mouth and was cooked to perfection. My fiancé and I took a cooking class here recently and had so much fun. We have been interested in learning how to cook new foods and explore new recipes and this was perfect for it. Michelle is very knowledgeable and was walking around providing tips and helping out as needed. We’ll definitely be back!
We took the Evening in New Orleans class, it was amazing. Wonderful food, great ingredients. The cooking set up was very useful and comfortable. And Michelle was awesome, so knowledgeable. I'm sure all the classes are amazing. Would highly recommend Phantom Chef!
