Horrible experience! Came in for a simple checkup and cleaning . I've worked in the dental field for 8 years so I usually know what to expect. Had coupon but was unaware of the separate cleaning fee. Usually it's the front office staff to insure the patient of this before treatment. Also was unaware first time patients are usually schuduled a different day for cleanings.
