Professional tire installers. Gets the job done quick.
I have used these guys for years and they always give me great service. Smog and tire service are both very good, fast and cheap. I started going to them because I lived in Newark, right down the street but have since moved to Hayward, but still drive down to Phan's shop for all my smog.
The first time I went to Phan's Smog Station (About two years ago) it was great... second time was absolutely horrible. First of all... I was not told that the price had gone up significantly. Secondly... they told me that my car failed due to some sensors not being ready. I was told to drive around a few days and come back for a re-test (another $20 for the re-test). I simply HAD to write today about Phan's Smog Station. I mean, I have been getting my cars smog checked here for several years, following my Dad's recommendation (he has been going here for many, many years), and I've always been very happy with the friendly, quick service and low prices.
