If I could give zero stars I would, avoid yourself the headache of this place! I went to this dental clinic about 3 years ago for a simple cleaning that took 2 and a half hours not because it was needed but because this dentist is absolutely unprofessional and jumps chair to chair treating 3-4 patients at a time. The dentist is even extremely rude to her staff right in front of patients. Since that time I said I would never go back ! Please, if you want to talk to a wall, do it at home. This dentist is the most garbage human being. Impossible to have a normal professional conversation to. She not only shout her whole way to me but also to the staff. She might have felt defensive and talked and explained more than she needed to. Calling herself a professional and then continues to talk about her personal childhood story and how she's a good person because she is religious. And that she is a vegetarian. I never write reviews but it's to the point where I have to share my story. I've been with them for a few of years and Dr.Phan has been really nice and caring, but I've only been doing dental cleanings. This year is the first one that they suggested that I do cavity fillings. Since my cavity fillings at this place, I've been having strong sensitivity for months. The worst dental clinic in Montreal. They only looking for what they will take from you: first of all they did not obey any rules for the COVID as they give people random appointments and you will find in 2 m2 reception more than 5 people waiting. The whole clinic is outdated and still use tools from the 70s. I came there with student insurance after the boss who is a dental hygienist not a dentist told me that my cleaning and check up is totally covered.
