Dr Phan took over Dr Avetian's practice. He is never in the office. He has a nurse practitioner there. I requested my medical records to take to another doctor. I stopped at the office numerous times (@6) and always gave me an alibi that they are trying to locate them and print them. Finally they told me they are lost. Don't go there. Unorganized and rude and liars.
