Dr Phan is very friendly and helpful, however, his wife the receptionist is very unprofessional and is not understanding at all. She is rude and never hears what I have to say. She said to me “we are not your slave” when I missed an appointment phone call just by 10 minutes, and this was my first time missing the appointment call, and she also said to me “this is your last chance” instead of trying to understand that things come up and saying this in a more polite way, I never intended for Dr Phan to just wait around for my ... read more
Honestly the best Dr!! I have been seeing Dr Phan for around 30 years. Dr Phan goes above and beyond for his patients. Helpful and caring. Wouldn't go any where else. Mrs Phan is just as fabulous.
Dr Phan is great and very helpful, how ever the receptionist has the most RUDE, ARROGANT and DISRESPECTFUL way to talk to people. She needs to be reminded that is not ok to treat or speak to people like that, specially when we as patients are most vulnerable when we are sick. She had no intention to helping me and hung up on me only because i was asking if they had pre requisite procedures for patients upon arrival, just incase i got the appointment. I never ever met the receptionist very rude and disrespectful. The lady should retired because she has no experience and unprofessional about this job. The Ministry of Health should check about this problem.
Dr phan was a fantastic dr i have been going to him since i was a kid but i needed a dr late at night so went to another practice as a once off they requested my medical information from dr phan then next time i went to book an appointment to see him ms phan said i cant come back there because i seen another doctor and they asked for my medical history not happy after years of only seeing the 1 dr
