March 29, 2019, we agreed that spring cleaning and year-long lawn mowing. His crew went and worked half day. I paid 25%. I thought 75% works were not done yet. His crew said they would come back and clean up. But none of his team came back. I called him several times. He didn't answer the phone. He did not work any lawn-mowing, either. 1 year later, today, March 14, 2020. He sent the bill to pay the balance. I have worked in yard by myself for a year.

Pham did a great job on our patio, however i would NEVER have them build me a fence. They started putting in the posts and it was like a 5 year old was building the fence. They should just stick with what they are good at.

On his flyer, Mr. Pham's phone number was a landline. It took multiple attempts to reach him. When we did speak, we agreed to terms for lawn mowing. When he had not started by the second week of May, 2018, I contacted him. He said he would begin mowing operations the following week. By May 17, 2018, he had not mowed.
