I've used Pham's since 1998. They know me by name, and by sight! I trust this family COMPLETELY with my cars. Thanks, Pham's, for keeping my cars running and my family safe.
Don't trust them! I brought my car to Pham's Car Care Center after it overheated. After running a full diagnostic check ($96.00), they told me it needed a new head gasket and thermostat valve which would cost $3800.00 to repair. It seemed excessive so I had it towed to another repair shop. It turns out I didn??t blow the head gasket after all and all I needed was a new thermostat valve, which they could replace for $800.00. I will never bring my car to Pham's again!!!
Great shop, great atmosphere, very trustworthy. Shop is run by a small asian family that takes a lot of pride in what they do!
new mechanic A friend of mine had recommend Pham's to me for years now so I decided to stop in give them a try because I'm over paying the high cost of the dealership.
SS-9 Was obviously having a bad day. Mr. Pham is the most honest mechanic I have known. I have been going there for at least 15 years and have lots of friends that go there too.
