Don't trust them! I brought my car to Pham's Car Care Center after it overheated. After running a full diagnostic check ($96.00), they told me it needed a new head gasket and thermostat valve which would cost $3800.00 to repair. It seemed excessive so I had it towed to another repair shop. It turns out I didn??t blow the head gasket after all and all I needed was a new thermostat valve, which they could replace for $800.00. I will never bring my car to Pham's again!!!

My favorite auto shop I have been bringing my cars to Pham's for the past several years. I recommend them because of two major factors: convenience and competitive prices.
I laugh at some of these reviews I have been going to Pham's for years and never had an issue with any of their services, whether it be state inspections or any of the services they offer. I read some of these reviews and just have to laugh at what these people have to say, it shows a lot about this day and age where people come and cry to the internet instead of taking your problem up with the business you have an issue with and give them an opportunity to resolve it. Great, Efficient, and Fair The team at Pham's are always reliable and always helpful. I love that it is family owned and operated. I feel like I can trust them and being a woman it comforts me that the service liasons are Mother and Daughter, as opposed to what I have come across in the past. Each time the Pham family have helped me with making the most economical decision for my vehicles both past and present. Excellent service I asked a friend if he knew of a good shop to work on my car. He recommended Pham's Car Care, and since a good mechanic is hard to find I drove 20 miles from my house to have my vehicle serviced by them. I found service to be of excellent quality, far better than the dealer I am used to. Thy who runs the front told me what they were going to do, and they did just that. I like Pham's They are nice people who have a great deal of pride in their business. Admittedly, I had a not-good experience with them, and having a total POS car (seriously, buy foreign) that forces me to spend a lot of time with mechanics puts me in a position where I have to often blindly trust what they are telling me is wrong with this POS. Pham's is Honest and Trustworthy - Good Family Owned Practice I take my care to Pham's Car Care Center on a regular basis to do regular maintenance such as oil changes to major overhauls such as brakes, A/C work, and major engine work. They are a family owned business so working with them is fair and we have built a very solid relationship over the years. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
Great Repair Shop,Honest Prices Easy Acess I have been bringing my car to Pham's Car Care for the last two years and have always been satisfied with their business. It is close to the metro which is a plus. They have always treated me kindly and are very reasonable with the prices for repairs compared to the local dealer.
